Bush directed the above statement at the President of Iran. It is a falsehood and indicates that President Bush is not fit to be Commander in Chief. The public needs to hear these statements but 60 Minutes did not air them, only including them online. (CBS reporter Scott Pelley omitted them when he conveyed Bush's message to President Ahmadinejad.)
